This roast comes from the GERA Estate located in the Djimmah region of Ethiopia. With a focus on sustainable farming and improved working conditions for its employees, the GERA estate provides employees and their families free housing, education, health care and recreational facilities.
Our R&D team says that it is best when brewed as a cold brew to bring out the bright flavors of this roast. The team recommends you use 100 grams of coffee to 400 grams of water and then dilute the concentrate 2:1 when crafting this delightful beverage.
