This is a commemorative 30th-anniversary set of color pens designed for use with stamps. The water-based pigment ink is resistant to smudging and bleeding through the paper. The pens feature a 0.5mm fine tip and a brush tip, perfect for both detailed work and filling in larger areas. The set includes four Ojisan-themed colors.
